Welcome to Sipd ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sipd mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Sipd, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use Sipd.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sipd. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account
To use most features of Sipd, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information during signup - Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone - Notify us immediately at hello@sipdapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access - Be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app's Settings page.

3. Community Guidelines
Sipd is a community built around coffee, creativity, and connection. To keep it that way, you agree NOT to: - Post hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content - Share sexually explicit, graphic, or violent material - Impersonate another person, brand, or entity - Post spam, scams, or misleading information - Share content you do not own or have rights to - Use Sipd to promote illegal activity or harm to others - Attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the Service - Collect or harvest data about other users without consent - Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

4. Your Content
You retain ownership of any photos, captions, comments, profile information, or other content you post to Sipd ("Your Content").

By posting to Sipd, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Our Content and Trademarks
The Sipd name, logo, and all related branding, design, code, and visual identity are the property of Sipd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://sipdapp.com/privacy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Sipd, you consent to the practices described there.

7. Reporting and Moderation
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it within the app or by emailing hello@sipdapp.com.

We review reports as quickly as possible and may take action including removing content, warning users, or terminating accounts. 

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Sipd at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may also stop using Sipd or delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers
Sipd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for content posted by other users. Use Sipd at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipd and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you within the app or by email. Your continued use of Sipd after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
