01 -  Information We Collect - We collect information you provide directly (name, email, username, profile photo, bio, sip level), content you post (photos, captions, comments, likes), and technical data (device type, IP address, app usage). We do not collect information from your device beyond what is needed to run the app.
 

02  - How We Use Your Information - We use your information to provide and improve Sipd, personalize your feed, authenticate you, send notifications, respond to support requests, and keep the platform safe.
 

03 - What We Share - We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers, ever. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app (like hosting, analytics, push notifications), when required by law, or with your explicit permission.
 

04 - Your Choices - You can edit your profile information at any time in Settings. You can manage notification preferences and deactivate your account. Deactivated accounts are permanently deleted after 30 days.
 

05 - Data Security - We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure authentication. No system is 100 percent secure, so we encourage strong passwords and careful account management.
 

06 -  Children's Privacy - Sipd is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
 

07 - Data Retention - We retain your information while your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your personal information within 30 days, though some data may persist in backups or as required by law.
 

08 - Your Rights - Depending on where you live (GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
 

09 - Changes to This Policy - We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Your continued use of Sipd means you accept the updated Policy.
